If you’re looking to return your order for any reason, we're here to help! 

Once you receive your purchase, you have 14 days to return your items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

Once you've requested a return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

When your return has been received, inspected and approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.

Shipping fees paid on your original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and had previously paid for shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING:

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping costs will be covered by seller.

ALTERNATE RETURN OPTION:

If you wish to receive a store credit in place of your refund, we will cover the shipping cost for your return. Please specify that you would like the “alternate return option” when contacting us

REFUNDS:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please refer to the individualized care instructions in each product's description (wash, dry, iron, etc.). Disregard for the specific care instructions may harm your items. HALD & Co. is not responsible for damage due the mishandling of products.

Defects in products must be reported within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned.

Clearance items or gift cards are FINAL SALE.
