We know how exciting it can be to receive a package, however please allow 7 - 21 business days for your items to arrive. If you have not received your items within the allotted time frame, please contact us below.
Because we are a family-owned business and source products from all over North America, it is possible that your items may arrive in different packages.
To make sure that you receive your purchases as quickly as possible and to eliminate shipping waste, many products will be sent straight to your door from the supplier as soon as the packages are ready to ship.
You will receive a confirmation email when your items have been shipped with tracking information (if applicable).
Unfortunately, we ship to Canada only at this time.
Please be very careful while filling out your delivery address. Be sure to include any apartment numbers, suite numbers, unit numbers, delivery instructions, etc. to ensure the successful delivery of your item(s).
Should your shipment be returned due to an incorrect address, a refund will be issued for the cost of the product. However, please note that the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged during delivery.
Certain items are available for free pick up or delivery in Chatham-Kent, Ontario. If your mailing address is local to Chatham-Kent, you will be contacted via e-mail to make arrangements after purchase. Items that qualify will be labeled in the details of the item.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please refer to the individualized care instructions in each product's description (wash, dry, iron, etc.). Disregard for the specific care instructions may harm your items. HALD & Co. is not responsible for damage due the mishandling of products.
Defects in products must be reported within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
