Help! I cannot find my size.

All products are handmade in ethical conditions that may cause slower restock timeframes. Most of our products are created by small businesses, rather than manufacturing giants. Restock speeds may be a bit slower, but these incredible businesses greatly appreciate your support and are working carefully and quickly to keep their customers happy.

HALD & Co. is actively seeking brands offering product sizes for all bodies. To empower the everywoman, we are dedicated to partnering with companies that offer plus size products to ensure that ethical products are available for every body. Our plus size stock may be limited while we continue to research and connect with brands.

When will out of stock items be refilled?

Some products may be delayed due to the ethical work conditions and logistical limitations that exist within small businesses and/or family run businesses. Please contact us and we will look into the items that you are interested in. 

How do I know which size to order?

Each company uses its own size charts. Please refer to the sizing guide listed on each product to ensure you are purchasing the correct size. 

What influences the prices of your products?

We work with brands that ensure their staff receive fair wages, health insurance, vacation, and ethical working hours and conditions. Our brands have ethical production regulations and policies, which results in longer manufacturing processes (AKA slow fashion) and more thoughtful and innovative design. Products are made with high quality materials that are designed to last and are less harmful to the planet.

When will I receive my order?

We know how exciting it can be to receive a package, however please allow 7 - 21 business days for your items to arrive. If you have not received your items within the allotted time frame, please contact us here.

Why is my order in multiple packages?

Because we are a family-owned business and source products from all over North America, it is possible that your items may arrive in different packages. To make sure that you receive your purchases as quickly as possible and to eliminate shipping waste, many will be sent straight to your door from the supplier as soon as the packages are ready to ship. You will receive a confirmation email when your items have been shipped with tracking information.

My shipment was returned to sender.

Please be very careful while filling out your delivery address. Be sure to include any apartment numbers, suite numbers, unit numbers, etc. to ensure the successful delivery of your brand new item.

We are not responsible for shipments that are returned to us if the address is incorrect.

HALD & Co. will refund your payment. However, please note that the shipping fee will be deducted from the return.

What if my package was lost, stolen or damaged during delivery?

HALD & Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged during delivery products.

Why does my item look slightly different than the photos?

Many of our items are handmade and the materials are dyed in environmentally friendly methods. This means that each handmade piece you receive is unique! Please allow slight variations in the sizes and colours of the items. Please keep in mind that settings on cell phones, tablets, and computers can alter the colours you see on your screen (eye comfort, dark mode, etc.). 

How do I make a return?

How do I made an exchange?

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, you will need to initiate a return and reorder your preferred size. For assistance, please contact us here.

How do I cancel an order?

We know sometimes things happen and you need to quickly cancel your order. That’s not a problem at all! If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us to cancel your order. However, once the order has already left the shop, you will need to wait for the product to arrive and begin the return process. 

Why do you only ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, we only ship to Canada at this time. Stay tuned - we hope to expand our countries soon! If you would like to request that our products be sent to your country, please contact us to let us know to which country you would like them to be delivered. We will assess demand and focus our resources on exploring the various delivery options for your country!
